في ظل التحديات المتزايدة التي تواجه منظومة النقل الجماعي / العام من ازدحام، وتفاوت في مستوى الأمان، وصعوبة في تلبية احتياجات الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا، تبرز الحاجة إلى حلول مبتكرة تجمع بين البساطة في التطبيق والأثر الكبير في النتائج , وهذا فائدة الاستماع إلى الآراء يتم اكتساب حلول لكل مشكلة واحدة.
In light of the increasing challenges facing the mass/public transport system, such as overcrowding, varying levels of safety, and difficulty in meeting the needs of the most vulnerable groups, the need arises for innovative solutions that combine simplicity in implementation with a significant impact on results. This is the benefit of listening to opinions; solutions are gained for each single problem.
• الفكرة ــ
تخصيص الجانب الأيمن في وسائل النقل العام كنطاق “أولوية استخدام” للسيدات وكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بهدف تحسين الأمان والتنظيم وجودة الخدمة.
The idea – to allocate the right side of public transport as a “priority use” zone for women, the elderly, and people with special needs, with the aim of improving safety, organization, and service quality.

• الأهداف Objectives:
1. رفع مستوى الأمان للفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.
2. تحسين صورة النقل العام , تسريع عملية الصعود والنزول.
3. تقليل التزاحم داخل الحافلات , تعزيز ثقافة الاحترام المجتمعي.

• الفئات المستهدفة ـ
السيدات , كبار السن , ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة , المرضى المؤقتين , الأمهات مع أطفال.

• التصميم ـDesign
1. محطات الانتظار أرضيات ملونة ( أصفر / أزرق )
2. تحديد الجانب الأيمن في الحافلات للفئات المستهدفة.
3. رموز واضحة (كرسي متحرك , امرأة , مسن , ذوي الاحتياحات الخاصة)
4. الهوية البصرية شعار موحد للمبادرة عبارات عن الأولوية لمن يحتاجها بحيث تكون رحلة أكثر أمانًا للجميع
5. مراجعة هيئة النقل الجماعي / العام , للميني باصات والباصات من جانب الصيانة والنظافة والتجميل والارشادات والتعليمات مع وضع عقوبات على مخالفي الأنظمة من أجل حماية حقوق الجميع.

4. Visual identity: a unified logo for the initiative and slogans emphasizing priority for those who need it, ensuring a safer journey for everyone
5. Review by the Public Transport Authority of minibuses and buses regarding maintenance, cleanliness, aesthetics, and adherence to guidelines and instructions, with penalties for violations to protect everyone's rights.
• التشريع والتنظيم Legislation and Regulation –
1. تدريب السائقين على التنظيم , اعتماد “أولوية استخدام” وليس المنع.
2. التكنولوجيا (مرحلة متقدمة) شاشات ذكية داخل الحافلات لتنبيهات الصوتية
3. لوائح مرنة بدون عقوبات قاسية في البداية , التوعية المجتمعية حملات إعلامية مكثفة.
4. كاميرات مراقبة (لضبط السلوك وليس العقاب) , لوحات داخل الحافلات , فيديوهات توضيحية بسيطة.
1. Train drivers on traffic management, adopting a "priority use" approach rather than prohibiting certain vehicles.
2. Technology (advanced stage): Smart screens inside buses for audio alerts.
3. Flexible regulations without harsh penalties initially, coupled with community awareness campaigns.
4. Surveillance cameras (for monitoring behavior, not punishment), signage inside buses, and simple explanatory videos.
• خطة التنفيذ ـ Implementation Plan
1. المرحلة الاولي يتم تنفيذها على خطوط محددة لمدة سته أشهر لقياس النتائج.
2. المرحلة الثانية يتم تنفيذها بعد المراجعة على الخطوط المزدحمة لمدة سته أشهر لقياس النتائج.
3. المرحلة الثالثة التعميم على الخطوط داخل الدولة بعد التحسين والتقويم والبناءً على التغذية الراجعة.
1. The first phase will be implemented on specific routes for six months to measure the results.
2. The second phase will be implemented, after review, on busy routes for six months to measure the results.
3. The third phase will be rolled out to all routes within the country after improvement, evaluation, and based on feedback.

1. الازدحام: لو العدد كبير، قد لا يكفي جانب واحد.
2. الالتزام: بعض الناس قد لا يلتزمون بدون رقابة أو توعية قوية.
